12 Wacky Things Korean Culture

I love South Korea! This video is looooong overdue.

I've spent more time in South Korea (22 months) than any other country besides the U.S.A. I find South Korean culture to be one of the strangest, yet most exciting and fascinating cultures in the world.

When I taught English in South Korea, I was living in a small village (called Jin-sa-ri) about 40 miles south of Seoul. I was one of 4 foreigners in my town, so it's safe to say I know Korean culture very well... Nobody spoke a lick of English in my town, so therefore, I learned how to speak Korean conversationally. I also trained to get a black belt in Taekwondo. Some of my best memories in my early 20s are in South Korea.

This video represents some of the most interesting and wacky things I find about Korean culture.

Have you ever been to South Korea? Do you agree or disagree with any of my points? Do you have any questions about traveling to South Korea? Let me know in the comments below!
