Crossing into Turkish-controlled Northern Cyprus feels like time travel – before the rise of jam-packed beaches, gut-wrenching prices and overcrowded landmarks. But crossing is the keyword, as Cyprus has been divided by the infamous demilitarized Green Line since 1974.
