We had a great time in Los Mochis, but now we are off to Culiacán! As we're driving, we talk about what we thought of being in a US State Department Level 4 travel advisory location. They consider Los Mochis a "DO NOT TRAVEL" area (equivalent to a war zone). Is it safe to be somewhere like this?
