LEBANON to SYRIA - Crossing The Syrian Border

We left Beirut at 4am to get out of the city before the roads were closed. We had to pass through burning barriers and roadblocks to make it to the Syria border.

This series is not a political commentary. I am simply showing what I see and experience while traveling through Lebanon and Syria. Next stop: Damascus.

Just wanted to say that this was filmed on Saturday morning and we didn't have much information about what was happening in Lebanon.
As it turns out, the protests have mostly been very peaceful and we were in no real danger - the roadblocks and fires are just there for disruption.
Good luck to my Lebanese friends and stay safe!
