One of the BEST THINGS about Living in MEXICO

Every morning we've been in Puerto Vallarta, we hear someone we fondly refer to as "Tortilla Man" yelling "TORTIIIIILLAAAAS!" up and down the streets. We've never been able to find him and buy some, but what we did find was the source of his incredible tortillas. Dare we say it, they are the BEST and freshest tortillas in all of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
