It's the summer glow up week 8! I tried out Lagree Pilates for the first time this week and then spent my weekend with my mates in West Cork in Ireland. We did wild swimming and spent lots of time in saunas and honestly, the clean-eating and alcohol-free part of the summer glow up went out the window! Woops! Still, a wonderful week :)
